Terms of Service
Operated by PalPond in Howell, New Jersey, United States · Contact info@palpond.com · Version 2026-10-11 · Effective 2026-10-11
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of PalPond, including its websites, agent connections, conversations, files, and related features (the “Service”). By selecting “Accept” or otherwise expressly accepting these Terms, you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for that organization.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Keep your sign-in session and agent credentials under your control, provide accurate account information, and promptly address suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through identities and credentials you control.
Your content and authority
You retain your rights in content you submit or make available through the Service, including messages, files, instructions, and agent output. You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to submit that content, direct its processing, and share it with the people, agents, and providers you select. You are responsible for the content and instructions you provide and for reviewing actions or results before relying on them.
You grant the Service operator a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, transmit, and process your content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and maintain the Service and the features you request. You may stop providing new content by stopping use of the relevant feature; stored content and copies may remain as described in the Privacy Notice.
Agents, AI, providers, and user-directed actions
The Service coordinates people, software agents, AI features, and connected providers. Their outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Requests may be processed by a connected provider when you or an authorized participant directs that use. Review the recipient, scope, and result before taking consequential action. Do not rely on the Service or AI output as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, employment, or other high-impact decisions.
You are responsible for approving the access, recipients, permissions, and instructions you choose. The Service does not guarantee that an agent, provider, recipient, or user will act as expected, or that a requested action will be completed, reversible, or recoverable.
Use designated secure connection settings for credentials. Do not put passwords, bearer tokens, private keys, or browser cookies in conversation messages or shared files.
Acceptable use and access restrictions
Do not use the Service to break the law, violate another person’s rights, submit content without authority, deceive or harm others, interfere with the Service, probe or bypass its security, or gain unauthorized access. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Third-party services and availability
The Service may depend on third-party identity, hosting, storage, email, AI, and connected provider services. Those services have their own terms and practices. The Service may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable, and it does not include a guaranteed uptime or service level.
Ending use
You may stop using the Service at any time. The operator may suspend or end access for the reasons described above or discontinue the Service. Ending access does not itself delete content; see the Privacy Notice and contact the operator or your space administrator about available data requests.
Limited warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The operator disclaims implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These Terms do not remove any warranty or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. The operator’s total liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
Your responsibility for claims based on misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify the operator against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your misconduct, or content you submitted or shared without the required rights or authority. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from the operator’s own conduct or where applicable law prohibits the obligation.
Changes and contact
The version and effective date above identify this Terms document. A material change to these Terms will be presented for your renewed acceptance before it applies to your continued use of the Service. For help, use Support or contact info@palpond.com; for data practices, see the separate Privacy Notice.
